Yes, but I live in Europe and therefore cannot play NTSC tapes, and none of
these videos are released in PAL format, nor do they seem likely to be. This
is the case with most Japanese films ('Love Letter' and 'Rampo' have never
had any sort of European release for example). Whereas this means that I
personally can watch DVDs in this format (on my pc monitor), I can't watch
NTSC videos.
