Tanaka Noboru

Dear all, 

I recently watched Tanaka Noboru´s A WOMAN CALLED ABE SADA and THE WATCHER IN 
THE ATTIC and was quite impressed by them. Therefore, I wanted to ask if someone 
has more information on Tanaka, his career and perhaps also a filmography. I´m 
also wondering about his position among other directors of pinku eiga such as 
Kumashiro Tatsumi or Sone Chusei and in Japanese film history in general. Sorry 
for my ignorance, but it was great if anybody could help. Many thanks in 
advance. I appreciate it very much!
