Looking for Visual Pleasure

I'm not sure the date (~5 years ago?), but I'm pretty sure VP&NC was
published in _Image Forum_, and translated by SAITO Ayako ??????
Also, I suspect it was reprinted in that 3-volume anthology of
film-theory essays put out by FIlm art-sha, which has come out over the
last couple of years, with lots of essays on genre, feminism,
psychoanalysis, more.  I've seen the series at Libros, Aoyama Book
Center, and Kinokuniya.
