Non-availability [sigh] of NTSC Kohayakawake no Aki

Does anyone out there know of any Japanese web sites where VHS tapes and/or 
DVDs can be bought and sent abroad (with or without titles) ?  Obviously 
they'll have to be able to accept credit cards from foreign banks (I'm 
anticipating that this is what will cause the biggest problem for any 
Japanese sites which sell over the 'net).

Does anyone know of any such 'daring' Japanese .coms ?
