ZAZIE (1989)

Has anyone heard of the film ZAZIE? Someone mentioned the title to me but I
have absolutely no idea what the film actually is, what its about, and its
quality.
The sparse information on the imdb merely states that someone called Gou
Rijuu is the director who also acted in the much discussed (recently)
EUREKA, and has recently (in the mid 90s) released 2 films, BERLIN and
ELEPHANT song.

Any information would be gratefully appreciated
