Tokugawa Musei Citizen's Award

A group of citizens from Masuda City in Shimane Prefecture have announced 
the creation of the "Tokugawa Musei Citizen's Award," named after the 
famous movie benshi, actor, essayist and radio personality who was born 
in the city.  In honor of Takugawa's skill as a verbal performer, the 
prize will be awarded yearly to prominent figures skilled in the verbal 
arts, such as rakugo or manzai performers, or radio DJs.
