Serpent's path dvd? // Kurosawa in Rotterdam?

short question:
could someone enlighten me on where to buy the dvd of Kiyoshi Kurosawa?s Serpenth's path that is reviewed on the lovely Midnight Eye-site (Jasper or Tom maybe?). It says that the origin is USA but I fail to find it at amazon and other webstores.

Furthermore I seem to recall that I read somewhere that there would be a Kiyoshi Kurosawa tribute the Rotterdam film festival 2002. Could someone confirm or deny this?
