translations needed for Japanese silents

It may be useful if Mr Drew were to send the credits to all the silents to
this mailing list so that cast and staff names can be nailed down as
accurately as possible. As we know, Japanese reference books make mistakes
and even native Japanese speakers have difficulty determining the
pronunciation of names from just their kanji. [No disrespect to Sarah's
contact at Tufts who I hope she can encourage to join this list.]
