Books on Ichikawa Kon

I am delighted to learn that James Quandt has edited another volume on a
Japanese master, Ichikawa Kon, after his earlier volume on Imamura
Shohei.  There is an old volume on the same director, <Kon Ichikawa: A
Guide to References and Resources> by John Allyn (Boston: G.K. Hall,
1985).  Japanese works on Ichikawa Kon I know of include:

1.  MORI Yuki's <Ichikawa Kon no eigatachi> (Films of Kon Ichikawa).
Tokyo: Waizu Shuppan, 1994.  605p. Yen 4900.  ISBN: 4-948735-23-X

2.  A <Taiyo> bessatsu (extra number) published in 10 June 2000 called
<Kantoku Ichikawa Kon> (Director Kon Ichikawa).  Tokyo: Heibonsha.
160p.  Yen 2300.   ISBN: 4-582-94344-6.

Are there any other worthwhile volumes, in Japanese or English, besides
the BFI booklet on <An Actor's Revenge>?
