Miike filmography

Dear Kinejapanners,

Midnight Eye has just had its weekly update and this week's feature is a 
complete filmography of Takashi Miike, with poster art for each title up to 
and including Koroshi Ya Ichi/Ichi the Killer.

I say complete, but the list does not yet include Miike's work as an 
assistant director. We're currently researching and compiling these titles 
and will add them to the filmography as soon as possible.

If anyone can offer some assistance, that would be greatly appreciated. 
These are the films we have dug up so far on which Miike worked as assistant 
director:
Zegen (1987, Shohei Imamura)
Kujakuou (1988, Lam Nai Kai)
Black Rain / Kuroi Ame (1989, Shohei Imamura)
Pesuke Gatapishi Monogatari (1990, Shuji Gotoh)
Shimantogawa (1991, Hideo Onchi)
