Mark Schilling reviewed Ichikawa Jun's Zawa Zawa Shimokitazawa in the Japan
Times on 11 July 2000.  Here's the link (which I hope still works).

That's the only English language review I've come across.  I'm not aware of
it playing any film festivals internationally.  Let's hope it's being saved
for Cannes Critics Week or similar.
