Retry...Miyagawa question

Sorry if this is a repeat, but our mail server went down the other 
day and I have no idea if this went out...here's another go just in 
case:

1) Does anyone know anything about a documentary that may have been 
made a handful of years ago (perhaps even for television) about 
Miyagawa Kazuo, the director of photography on numerous Kurosawa and 
Mizoguchi films?

2) Does anyone know if any documentaries were ever made about Toshiro Mifune?
