First, I apologize to the list for posting this email I received this 
morning, but its been so long that I'm afraid my email address list for 
contributors to the film section are in large part defunct. So, if any of you 
are out there it looks like finally? they're going to press. Please send 
Sandi the information requested below. Thanks to you all again,

Dear contributors,
We are now at the last stage of the encyclopedia
project and need some final information form you.  We
are working towards composing a complete and updated
contributors list for the encyclopedia.  We ask that
you send us your full name, title and affiliation,
current mailing address, and a list of the entries you
submitted.  
As well, in order for us to ensure all contributors
secure their contracts with Routledge and get paid for
their work, we ask that you let us know if you?have
already received a formal contract from the press.  
For those of you who have already provided us with
this information, we apologize for the repeat and ask
for your cooperation in order for us to complete the
final list.  Please send all information to Sandra
