SPIRITED AWAY intenational premiere

Hayao Miyazaki's Spirited Away is receiving its first screening outside 
Japan on December 22 in Paris.

Part of the animation festival 'Nouvelles Images du Japon', the screening 
will be attended by Miyazaki himself, in person. The festival is running a 
Miyazaki/Ghibli retrospective this year, but will also have French premieres 
of Metropolis and Avalon.

Guests will include Satoshi Kon, Yasuo Otsuka, Sunao Katabuchi and composer 
Kenji Kawai.

The festival will run from December 15 through December 23, at the Forum des 
Images in Paris.
