Small Drop of Water and Kah-Chan

While looking for something else I ran across Japanese sites relating to what 
appears to be an upcoming Kon Ichikawa movie titled (in anglicized form, on 
the site) called "Kah-chan".  I could tell this starred Keiko Kishi, but not 
much else. Does anyone know anything about this?

I also found stuff on a Toho film called "Small Drop of Water in a Mighty 
River".  I couldn't decipher the director.  I can't find any sign of reviews, 
so I'm guessing this is not out yet (or came out, and bombed immediately).  
Anyone know anything on this, also.
