Kiju Yoshida at Cannes

Dear Kinejapaners

The Out of Competition section will feature one Japanese film, and quite an appealing one : KAGAMI NO ONNATACHI by Nouvelle Vague spearhead Kiju (Yoshishige) Yoshida. Yoshida was previously in Cannes in 1988 with Onimaru.

Has any one of you seen that film already and would like to comment upon it?

Now, let us wait for the full line-up of the Critics' Week, which might have at least one more Japanese feature in store.
