Special ambassadors

According to the newspapers, the Agency for Cultural Affairs is planning
to appoint, starting next year, a number of "special cultural exchange
ambassadors" to go abroad and spread knowledge of Japanese culture. What
is interesting about the plan is that the Agency plans to focus not just
on traditional cultural arts such as kabuki and noh, but also on modern
arts such as animation and, presumably, film. The newspaper article I
read did not mention film specifically, but it did explain that there
would be several dozen ambassadors from a variety of fields. Ambassadors
will most likely be academics and other experts, and will be expected to
stay abroad for long periods of time. There are also plans to send such
ambassodors to regions such as Africa with as yet little contact with
Japanese culture.
So I wonder who will get to be a film ambassador?
