DVD with Japanese subtitles

During a trip to Tokyo in 1995, I bought a Shochiku Home Video of Yamada
Yoji's <Gakko> (A Class to Remember, 1993) with Japanese subtitles
(suitable for deaf audience) at the usual price of 3,800 off tax.  I
wonder if other Japanese films are produced on video or DVD with
Japanese subtitles?  Have any list members bought or seen such products
on sale? And where can I buy them? I bought <Gakko> at "Shosen"
bookstore in Jinbocho, Kanda.  Thanks for any helpful information.
