Festive Kanji - Reflections on a Seven Faced Bird

A turkey has seven different tastes, according to the part
of the body where the meat comes from - at least, my
mother explained me that when I was little. Actually, the
meat tastes really quite different, although I never tried
to eat all parts in order to check if there are seven
different tastes. Maybe this is just a rumor in my
(Austrian) family?
