Yes, Mike Arnold pointed this out to me a while back - seems like no
director in Japan will stick his neck out on the line nowadays and say what
his film is or isn't about. It's a far cry from the likes of Oshima,
Wakamatsu or Terayama, but I guess that was another age entirely.More's the
pity.
