ISHII SOGO

As seems to be the case with most releases from Pioneer LDC, Koukou Dai 
Panikku is a very basic package with no subtitles.  The DVD has been made 
from a new print taken from the original negative, and comes with a 
four-page booklet and a 2 minute trailer.  Would have been nice to see 
Ishii's original 8mm version as part of it.  This is the 35mm "remake" from 
Nikkatsu for which Ishii shared directing duties with Sawada Hiroyuki.  RRP 
is 4,700 yen.  Ouch.
