I've never ordered a used book from Japan (usually buy them while I'm
there), but I'm pretty sure Isseido in Kanda does this (you can get
their info on the web). Also, check out Aaron's cinema used book store
descriptions on the Kinema Club website. They might do it if you asked.
Also, it's worth noting that Iowa and Michigan have fair collections of
film books and you should be able to get your hands on these books
through interlibrary loan. I'm told this applies equally to public
libraries, although I've never tried it.
