Bunkacho policies

After the Agency of Cultural Affairs committee report on reviving the 
film industry in April, the Agency has begun announcing its specific 
policies on how to promote Japanese cinema. Newspapers have already 
reported such plans as to help finance the first films of promising young 
directors, but more details can be seen on the Bunkacho site:
