    I wanted to apologize for my two recent e-mails to this list. Due to an error in my e-mail program, my message intended for Mr. Nornes was sent to the entire list, alongside an e-mail with no text. This was certainly not my intention in either instance.

   Again, I apologize for this awkward inconvenience.
