Yes, I knew some one was going to point that out. Of course you are
right. I wasn't trying to say the Japanese were special in any regard,
but the post I was referring to stated that the Japanese identity had
become problematic in (I assume, correct me if I'm wrong df) that it is
not as identifiable as Japanese as it used to be. When in fact, I do not
think Japanese culture is as dynamic as most people think. In fact, it's
quite slow. Facades change, but there is an incredible underlying
slowness here that mires change down. This is what I was referring to.
I'm just curious, do you live here?
