Kurosawa soundtrack (Stray Dog)

I wonder if anyone has come across a listing for all the bits of song &
music in Kurosawa?s 1949 film, Stray Dog.
It takes place in the dog days of summer, and is crowded with all sorts of
things, from kay? chanteuses crooning, to jazz.  Especially interesting is
the one reel, early in the film, shot ?without sound,? where the main
character darts around the city looking for his stray gun.  I?ve read some
things about song & music in other Kurosawa films, like Dodeskaden &
Rash?mon, but nothing on Stray Dog, even in the scenario (version I
have=Kurosawa Akira eiga taikei, bilingual edition from Kinema junp?).
Is there some limited edition laser disk released for a week somewhere that
might have this exhaustive kind of listing?
