kimonos in cinema

Dear members,
I'd have to propose you an inquiry that is very important for me: I'm working on my degree thesis that will concern the historical, social and artistic symbols of the KIMONO. A very important part of the study will analize the role of kimonos in japanese cinema: at the moment I've selected some movies by Ozu, Mizoguchi and Kurosawa, but I fell that the research that I would like to propose it's not complete. Could anyone suggest me some titles that show an evident role of kimonos in the description of the characters and situations, please?
