That may be the case with Tsutaya's outlets in large Tokyo centres such as 
Shinjuku and Shibuya, but it's the exception elsewhere. I've found that 
most stores around Japan generally have a pretty paltry Japanese selection, 
unless you count the huge amount porn they stock here (which would bring 
Japanese content to about 90% of the total library).
