Both PROJECT X and OSHIN are produced by NHK. The Middle
east Agent for NHK is Al-Tanweer, a company based in
Greece and owned by George Semaan. Semaan is Syrian and
you should be able to find his contacts easily if you are
in Damascus.
I guess you should ask the Syrian TV directly about
Project X. It has not been on air in Arabic yet (as far as
I know).
