I was going to do this. Actually the film is perfectly suited for this, 
as it's organized into reel-length chunks--a nice structure for today's 
bandwidth because you could make coherent 10 minute quicktimes with a 
single theme.

However, there are movements afoot to do a high-quality DVD of the 
film, and I didn't want to interfere with that. If the DVD doesn't pan 
out, I can always add it later, right? That's the beauty of the 
thing....
