For someone who watched Tokudane every morning for years, just a few
corrections:

> Matsuda Seiko stealing Matchy, leading to Nakamori Akina's suicide
> attempt, and then the subsequent divorce to marry that Jeff guy

Seiko never married Matchy, but rather Kanda Masaki of the Ishihara
gundan. In fact, she married Kanda long before the affair with Kondo
that precipitated Akina's attempted suicide (in her idol days, she was
usually linked with Go Hiromi). From that union was born Sayaka, who
recently debuted in the geinokai and has appeared in several CMs with
mom. Later during that marriage, she had the affair with the Jeff guy,
but never married him. After divorcing Masaki, she married a dentist
for a while, but that also ended in divorce.

> Amuro Namie dekichatta kekkon to nyoronyoro Sam

Why nyoronyoro? Sam comes from a very rich family.

> Goro Inagaki arrested for running over police woman

He only bumped into her. If he really ran over her, he would have gone
to jail.

Personally, I think this list is a bit dubious and weighted too much
towards recent scandals. Tashiro, Amuro, and Goro are far too minor.
Much bigger, for instance, is Takeshi's attack on the Friday editorial
office, Okada Yukiko's suicide, and the various episodes with geinojin
and the Unification Church (Sakurada Junko, Iiboshi Keiko and Yamazaki
Hiroko). Rie probably should go in, along with Haruki's arrest.

Note that Image Forum did a special issue in 1994 of the 10 top
incidents in film history. Not all are geino incidents, but I have an
article there on the Seijun incident.
