For annual BO figures, check the Eiren site at http://www.eiren.org/. Since
2000 they have been annually announcing all films, foreign or Japanese, that
grossed Y1.0 b or more in the past year. The site also has figures for films
that, from 1980 to 1999, earned Y1.0 b or more in distributor revenue
(haikyu shunyu).

Screen Daily http://www.screendaily.com/ posts weekly BO figures for the top
fifteen films in the nine major citiies, provided by Kogyo Tsushin. A
subscription is needed to access this section of the site, however.

Hi everyone.

Can anyone tell me where I can find records of domestic box office takings
for Japan?

Appologies if this question has been asked before.
