2009 Lost Memories?

I finally got a chance to see "2009 Lost Memories" and was curious to 
see what were everyone's thoughts on it.  I don't recall seeing this 
so far on the list.  Although this is a Korean film, I thought it 
might be interesting to discuss this film since the picture of Japan 
it portrayed was very interesting.  Thoughts/Comments in general on 
the film?

And btw, this is my first post on the list.  I do enjoy reading 
everyone's insightful comments and I do apologize for being so silent 
on the list.  I am currently a graduate student at the University of 
North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have been interested in Japanese 
cinema for the past six years.
