New Member Introduction

Hello everyone!
       My name is Deborah Coley and I am a new member to the list.  I am a graduate student at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where I am majoring in English.  Currently I have no research projects under way.  

My primary interests : samurai genre, Post-WWII monster films, ancient and modern war time, pre-war and post-war Japan, anime, and specifically gender depictions in Japanese cinema.
