Kadokawa free, Shimizu not so free

51-year-old thesp Shimizu Kentaro was nabbed in Tokyo today for possession 
of stimulants. Police say they found 0.24 grams of in a plastic bag at his 
residence on the 29th, and are questioning him to find out where he got it 
from. Shimizu has a bit of a history with drugs, having been arrested in 
1983 and 1986 for charges relating to marijuana, and was previously 
sentenced to a year and a half in prison for stimulant possession in 1995. 
The singer-turned-actor has been a V-cinema fixture for many years since 
his fall from grace, playing heavily-tanned tough guys in series such as 
Janki, Gokudo Sangokushi and Don e no Michi.
