Reminder: Election Event at Sabaco

Markus,

I am writing to send you a copy of my revised prospectus, horribly, 
horribly late, but I'm really hoping you'd still be willing to take a 
look at it. Last year i followed my wife to Richmond, Indiana where she 
was working and I took most of the year off as it were. Prof. Ito ok'd 
the revision early this summer, then i sent a copy of it to ERC and 
wanted to get her ok before passing it along to you, but i think it's 
going to take her awhile longer (she hasn't looked at it yet) so I 
really just need to send this on to you.

I've been here in Tokyo since the summer (on a Monbusho, switching to 
Fulbright Hays fairly soon) and wanted to say hi earlier but decided I 
should just keep 'lurking' until I passed along the revision, and then 
forgot about it for awhile as I was researching. I'm here under Kono 
Kensuke at Nichidai and while his seminars (on Shonen Kurabu and now 
Taisho anarchism) haven't related to my topic he's still given me 
really insightful advice so far.
