In addition I would add maybe Tokyo eyes by Jean-Pierre
Limosin.
And also, you can find many depictions of Tokyo in Japanese
animation, starting with Miyazaki Hayao's Mimi wo sumaseba
(West Tokyo. Seiseki sakuragaoka), Ichikawa Kon's Perfect
Blue (Shibuya?c), Akihabara Denno Gumi (Akihabara),
Clamp's adapatations of X (interesting use of Tokyo
landmarks) and Tokyo Babylon, Boku no chikyu wo mamotte
(based on the shojo manga). Otomo Katsuhiro's Akira is
definitely a reference. And there are a lot more too.
