List commands

Just a reminder to everyone that many of the list operations 
(unsubscribing, holding mail, etc.) you can do yourself using some 
basic list commands. These are contained in the welcome message that 
arrived when you joined KineJapan. I hope you have not lost those, but 
just in case, you can get just the list of commands by following the 
directions below my name at the bottom of this mail.

But just as a caution: changing the address under which you are 
subscribed can be easy or hard depending on your situation. If you are 
still using your old address, just unsubscribe from there and 
resubscribe from the new address. If you no longer can use your old 
address, you can subscribe to the list from your new address, but since 
you will no longer be able to unsubscribe from the old one, you should 
send me a note about that so that I can delete the old address.
