Meike Mitsuru sent me a reminder that his film, THE GLAMOROUS LIFE OF
SACHIKO HANAI, will be showing at the New York Video Festival this
week. The Festival is also showing a number of other Japanese works,
including Pink Ribbon (a documentary on the pink film industry) and a
section of the best of the Keiji matsuri series. The program is
available at:

The program, by the way, lists the screening of THE GLAMOROUS LIFE OF
SACHIKO HANAI as a US Premiere, even though we did show it at Yale in
March.
