You might be thinking of the Toho Cinemas multiplex (Toho bought out Virgin 
a while back now) in Ichikawa, located in the Nikke Colton Plaza shopping 
complex. You can catch a shuttle bus from outside JR Motoyawata station, or 
walk from Onigoe station on the Keisei line.
