The following video is out there somewhere. I'm not sure how you can 
buy it, but you can. Be prepared to spend thousands of dollars, though. 
They have only library prices.

These are the Man'ei documentaries that were purchased from a Russian 
archive after 1989. Everyone thought they were there, but the archives 
wouldn't admit to anything until after the fall of the wall (when they 
presumably had to start thinking about making money).
