Interesting initiative. This is apparently part of a campaign set up by
Somusho (The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication - MIC) under
the name Akarui senkyo suishin kyokai (The Association for Promoting Fair
Elections).
I wonder what's in it for the participating directors...
