New Query Re Japanese Film Financing System(s)

Pardon my obtuseness on this topic, Don, but do I
understand correctly that MOVIE WARS is published by
NKS in English? I have been unable to locate it on
amazon japan or through some of the other channels.
This would get bumped way up to the top of my reading
list, with apologies to many of my favorite writers
who post regularly to this server.
