English title for Masuda Toshio film

Can anyone help shed some light on possible English titles for a 1968 
Nikkatsu film directed by Masuda Toshio and starring Yoshinaga Sayuri, 
entitled Aa Himeyuri no Tô 
(あゝひめゆりの塔)?
According to Nikkatsu it at one point had the English title 'Monument to the 
Girls' Corps', with the sidenote that it might have screened under other 
titles over the years. Mark Schilling's book on Nikkatsu Action calls it 
'Ah, Tower of Lillies'. Can anyone confirm either or both of these, or does 
anyone know if there are any other titles on record?
