Questions about Ozu and Hashimoto

  Does anyone happen to know of any plans to translate and publish 
Ozu's memoirs/diaries or  writings/essays (complete or partial) in english?
   
  Also, is anyone aware of Hashimoto Shinobu's I Want to Be A Shellfish 
being available on video anywhere in the world, now or in the past?
