I have ordered once from this person - he's located in France and is  
named Cyril Descans. I got the discs I ordered without a problem  
(they are bare DVD-Rs without packaging) and they were all as  
described. The ones taken from Japanese DVD sources were beautiful,  
and everything that was described as being subtitled turned out to be  
so.
