Some of you may have seen the news that the colleagues and former staff
of the great director Kurosawa Akira were opening a film school in
Tokyo's Adachi Ward that would begin teaching students in September.
Nogami Teruo was the principal and Nakadai Tatsuya the chairman of the
school.
Well, the news now says that the whole plan has been called off. Two
employees apparently caused some major problems with a related company,
which forced Nogami to resign on May 1, and now Nakadai has resigned.
The school, which hasn't even taught one student, is now closed.
