PHD conundrum

Dear Dean Bowman,
im k.s.kusuma, lecturer , Mass communication research centre, jamia millila
islamia new delhi, india.
i found SOAS is a good place for Ph.D. Rachel Dayer is also a goof faculty
over there. i dont know about the other faculty. but you can alwasy get good
intellectual environment and good discussions.
