reference for Minaguchi Kiseko's article on Hha no kyoku

Hi all,

I'm looking for Minaguchi Kiseco's English article on Yamamoto Satsuo's 
Haha no kyoku.  I remember someone mentioned that it was in Iconics Vol. 
6 (2002).  However, I wasn't able to find it in Vol. 6.  I'd be very 
appreciative if a more detailed reference can be provided.
