Hi!,
no it's not that yoko Ono (and as a bonus, it's a dude..)
buit you can see a small cameo of wakamatsu himself, from the back. 
he's the guy playing slots. only ten seconds. from what i understand 
from wakamatsu and adachi, she wasn't so involved in their scene by 
that time, although she did know adachi from her time as a auxilliary 
member of akesagawa genpei's "hi red center" a few years earlier.
